By accessing or using SaaS Expenses ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaaS Expenses is a personal finance dashboard that connects to your Gmail account to automatically read bank notification emails from supported Peruvian banks (BCP, BBVA, Interbank), extract transaction data, categorize your expenses, and present them in a visual dashboard. The Service uses the Gmail API with read-only access to process bank emails.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal expense tracking. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect data for purposes other than personal finance management.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended API.

6. Gmail Access and Data

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant us permission to access your emails in read-only mode for the sole purpose of identifying and parsing bank notification emails. 7. Accuracy of Information

The Service extracts transaction data from bank emails using automated parsing. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all transactions will be correctly parsed or categorized. The Service is provided as a convenience tool and should not be used as your sole financial record. Always verify important financial information with your bank.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaS Expenses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account and contacting us to request account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
